We are SaltedHash Tech LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in Wyoming, United States at 30 N Gould St #59721, Sheridan, WY 82801.
We operate the website https://www.saltedhashtech.com (the "Site"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").
SaltedHash Tech LLC is a specialized cybersecurity company of certified penetration testers, digital forensic investigators, and compliance consultants. We help startups, enterprises, and individuals strengthen their security posture with ethical, legally compliant, and intelligence-driven cybersecurity services. Our mission is to protect what drives your business: your innovation, data, and digital infrastructure.

1. OUR SERVICES
The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country.

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Legal Terms; (2) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; (3) you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means; (4) you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (5) your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in US Dollars.
5. REFUND POLICY
All sales are final and no refund will be issued once service has commenced, unless explicitly stated in a separate Statement of Work (SOW). Due to the nature of cybersecurity services (time and expertise), we cannot offer refunds based on the results of an investigation or assessment.
6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. As a user of the Services, you agree not to:
- Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Services to create or compile a database without written permission.
- Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users.
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services.
- Use the Services to solicit, request, or commission vulnerability scans or penetration testing without explicit ownership or authorization.
- Submit false, misleading, or fabricated evidence for the purpose of initiating a fraudulent investigation.
- Use the Service for the purpose of stalking, harassing, or harming another individual (Doxing).
- Impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, an employee, or another user.
7. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS
The Services generally do not offer users to submit or post public content. However, if you submit private data for analysis, it is governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE
By submitting suggestions or other feedback regarding the Services, you agree that we can use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
9. SERVICES MANAGEMENT
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms; (2) take appropriate legal action against violators; and (3) manage the Services in a manner designed to protect our rights and property.

These Legal Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES.
12. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time. We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Legal Terms and your use of the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Binding Arbitration: If the Parties are unable to resolve a Dispute through informal negotiations, the Dispute will be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the AAA. The arbitration will take place in Wyoming, United States.
15. CORRECTIONS
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information on the Services at any time, without prior notice.
16. DISCLAIMER
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SERVICES' CONTENT.
17. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
18. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any loss, damage, or claim made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Services or breach of these Legal Terms.
19. USER DATA
We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Services for managing performance. You are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or that relates to any activity you have undertaken.
20. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
You consent to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all agreements and notices we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.
21. CALIFORNIA USERS AND RESIDENTS
You can contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834.
22. MISCELLANEOUS
These Legal Terms constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us. Our failure to enforce any right shall not operate as a waiver of such right.
23. AUTHORIZATION & INDEMNIFICATION FOR SECURITY SERVICES
By requesting Vulnerability Assessment or Penetration Testing, You warrant that You are the owner of the target or have obtained express written consent. You agree to indemnify SaltedHash Tech from any claims arising from services performed in accordance with Your instructions.
24. NATURE OF SECURITY ASSESSMENTS (SNAPSHOT IN TIME)
You acknowledge that cybersecurity threats evolve. Our assessments represent a "snapshot in time." We do not guarantee Your systems are immune to all current or future attacks.
25. FORENSIC & INVESTIGATIVE SERVICES DISCLAIMER
For Digital Forensics or OSINT, analysis is based solely on available evidence. We do not guarantee the recovery of lost funds or assets. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.
26. POTENTIAL SERVICE DISRUPTION & DATA LOSS
Security testing carries inherent risks including system crashes. You agree that we are not liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from authorized testing activities.
27. ETHICAL CONDUCT & RIGHT TO REFUSE
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate any engagement if we discover the request involves illegal activities, malicious intent, or unauthorized surveillance.
28. CONFIDENTIALITY OF FINDINGS
SaltedHash Tech agrees to keep all findings discovered during our engagement strictly confidential. We will not disclose Your data to third parties without Your consent, except as required by law.
29. DATA RETENTION & EVIDENCE DESTRUCTION
Unless otherwise agreed, we retain engagement data for 30 days after the final report. After this period, sensitive client data will be securely destroyed.
30. RELIANCE ON THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
We may utilize third-party tools. SaltedHash Tech makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of third-party software and is not liable for errors or false positives generated by such tools.
31. COMPLIANCE ADVISORY ROLE ONLY
SaltedHash Tech acts solely as an advisor for standards like GDPR or PCI-DSS. The ultimate responsibility for maintaining compliance rests solely with You.
32. INCIDENT RESPONSE & BEST EFFORT BASIS
Incident Response operates on a "best effort" basis. We cannot guarantee complete containment of a threat or prevention of data exfiltration due to the unpredictable nature of cyberattacks.
